3. Industry Restrictions

We reserve the right to decline services for:

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Platform Terms: Complying with terms of service for all integrated platforms

5. Third-Party Platform Compliance

Your automation workflows must comply with terms of service for:

• Business platforms (CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, etc.)
• Cloud services and APIs used in your workflows

6. Resource Usage

You agree to:

• Use automation responsibly without overloading systems
• Respect rate limits and usage quotas of integrated platforms
• Not attempt to circumvent technical limitations
• Notify us of unusually high volume requirements in advance

7. Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor service usage for compliance with this policy
• Investigate suspected violations
• Suspend or terminate services for policy violations
• Report illegal activities to appropriate authorities
• Modify workflows that violate platform terms of service

8. Consequences of Violations

Policy violations may result in:

• Warning: First-time minor violations
• Service Suspension: Temporary halt of automation services
• Service Termination: Permanent cancellation of services and support
• Legal Action: For serious violations involving illegal activity
• No Refund: Terminated services due to policy violations are non-refundable

9. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of potential policy violations:
